Top 10 Moments from the Lounge Service Hookah Battle 2025

The show opened with a welcome speech by founder Stanislav Medkov, who introduced nine international lounges and a panel of expert judges from the UAE, Romania, Russia, and Montenegro, setting a global tone for the competition.

Shilpa, founder of the blog Shisha Travels, shared her extensive experience visiting over 150 lounges worldwide and emphasized the importance of a unique guest experience and atmosphere.

The judges discussed the key elements of an outstanding lounge, and Berdy Berdyev highlighted service, cleanliness, and happy staff as top priorities.

“Philosophy” Lounge from Russia presented the concept of a “hookah tasting” — three bowls in one session so guests could sample different flavors, sparking a lively discussion among the judges.

Ashisha Lounge from South Africa impressed the audience with its “Wall of Inspiration” — a community guest space — along with a focus on premium dark-leaf tobaccos and customized birthday soundtracks.

Escape Lounge from Tokyo stood out with its pairing of hookah and authentic Chinese tea, creating a unique sensory experience and emphasizing atmosphere and service.

Charisma Lounge from Spain, recognized as a “Legend of the Hookah Battle,” showcased hookah models from exhibitions, offering guests an innovative and visually stunning experience.

12K Lounge from Russia presented a full Chinese tea ceremony, blending tea culture with hookah service and highlighting the harmony between tea and hookah for a premium experience.

Speedy Lounge from Bulgaria introduced a truly unique concept — smoking hookah while driving a realistic car simulator, combining adrenaline and relaxation in one place.

Solo Way from Saint Petersburg offered a “Hookah Battle Mix and Story” menu, allowing guests to taste international hookah mixes and watch video stories from participants, creating a global and immersive experience.

These highlights reflect the creativity, international diversity, and drive for innovation that defined the Lounge Service Hookah Battle 2025.
