Sesame is an unusual and interesting flavor for the market. It is tasty, but there is an issue with its brightness. At the recommended percentages, it overpowers most flavors. Let’s hope to refine the flavor so that it can blend well. For now, it can be really tasty to pair, but difficult to use.
