SORBET

While Saint Petersburg is being refreshed by a light breeze from Finland, our team managed to try some new sorbet flavors from Severniy — let’s see how it went:

BLACKCURRANT — just missed the true sorbet mark, but still turned out pretty good: like frozen blackcurrant jam diluted with water. Fortunately, the flavor isn’t too heavy or cloying. Stays noticeable in mixes.

FRUITY — a mix for the lazy

Nothing unusual here — a bit of chill, kiwi, mango, and probably another tropical fruit. Perfect for enjoying outdoors.

PEAR — fresh and tasty from the very first puff. Juicy, sweet pear with a pulpy feel. Closest to an actual sorbet, and it hits the mark

Like a light version of pear soda, great for creative mixes 🙂
