Discussion of rules and other issues related to the ASIA Cup 2026 event

This will be the first international event hosted by the HookahBattle team in China.

The event will be held as part of the EA-SEASHA CONVENTION 2026, which will be held on September 11 and 12. The Hookah Battle will take place on September 12th.

Anyone associated with hookah culture can take part in the event (it can be either a team representing their institution or an enthusiastic participant). A team of 1 to 3 people is considered a participant.

Voting

According to the results of the voting, 12 teams will be selected. The teams will be selected by voting on the event’s website.: https://hb-short.com/asia26

Only registered and verified users of the site can vote. Verification takes place manually. It is very important to indicate exactly how you are connected with the hookah industry (only users from the industry will be verified)

Additions to the standard rules for this event:

– The theme of the event: “Harmony“. Participants need to prepare their presentation based on the principles of consistency, unity and integrity (as an example: combining metalcore music on a hookah made entirely of stainless steel, with strong tobacco and a brutal presentation)

– Participants will form a cash prize fund (each team will need to make a contribution of 100 euros). The prize pool will be divided among the first three places.:  The 1st place will receive 600 euros, the second place will receive 400 euros, the third place will receive 200 euros.

– Each team‘s tobacco mix should contain at least 50% of any tea flavor.

For participants:

1. Register on the event website

2. You need to vote (take 1st to 12th place on the event website). DEADLINE – August 10th

4. Send a video card. This is necessary to introduce your team to an audience that will watch you on YouTube.

In the video, you need to introduce your team, tell a little about yourself and / or about what you do (your institution or production).

a) FullHD — 1920*1080

b) in a HORIZONTAL format

c) the video duration is up to 1 minute

5. Send information about your tobacco mix as a percentage. (Brand, name — %). DEADLINE – September 5th

6. Provide information about which hookah you will use. (Brand Model). DEADLINE – September 5th
