Rhubarb — herbal and spicy, but lacking acidity. Doesn’t taste much like real rhubarb, more like the stalk’s skin, but usable as a mixing tool.

Gooseberry — an excellent, authentic gooseberry flavor without excessive sourness.

Flower Tea — an interesting floral tea, a bit dry with mild tartness. Recognizable as white tea with flowers.

White Currant — a good, natural currant flavor, though not exactly “white.” Tastes more like a very well-made black currant to us.

Granadilla — an outstanding and unique flavor! We discovered the fruit granadilla through this one — it tastes like a blend of passionfruit, marula, and kiwi. Very exciting and definitely worth trying.
