SAPPHIRE has released two flavors that practically beg to be mixed. Let’s talk about them:

BOMBAY — Gin with notes of juniper and cucumber. Tasty overall, but after a while, there’s an odd soapy aftertaste. Not sure what causes it.

SIBERIAN TONIC — A tonic flavor with hints of pine. Good, but a bit too resinous to smoke solo.

Together — Now that’s a different story! The flavors balance each other perfectly, creating a surprisingly fun and refreshing “gin & tonic” mix with interesting nuances from both aromas.
